• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1-Administer entire storage systems 2-Candidate should be able to provide the support for SAN and Unified Storage it includes Storage Health Check-up, Monitoring alerts and take preventive and reactive actions 3-Oversee IO performance of production along with development of databases LUNs 4-Conduct bottleneck evaluation to identify performance issues 5-Work with Storage vendors on break fix issues 6-Perform Storage firmware upgrades 7-Capacity Management: Monitoring Storage, Audit logs
    
  • Technical Experience : 1-Strong knowledge in Storage Products HPE 3PAR, Data Domain, HPE Nimble, Brocade SAN Switches, Zoning Concepts Dell Storage Arrays 2-Experience on Storage Pools, Tiering, LUN masking and zoning 3-Proven skills in understanding customer storage requirements Good understanding of Fiber Channel and iSCSI SAN solutions and integrating different operating systems and applications 4-Should have knowledge about the ITIL framework 5- Hands-on experience in performing activities
