• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : A:Understanding of Major Incident, Problem, Change Management processes B:Reporting / Understanding of Incident Management -Handling MIM bridges -Handling Problem Management -Proactive and Reactive C:Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration, execution of scripting and monitoring automations D:Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration E:Act as operations support for all network related incidents /requests
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Must have good knowledge and experience in managing VMware NSX environment DLR,ESG,DFW, Logical switches B: Deploying DFW rules, Knowledge of VXLAN, Network on ESXI Host, C: Implementation troubleshooting of Dynamic routing BGP/EIGRP- L3 Level D: Must have strong understanding of Routing Switching, Security, load balancing and Network Virtualization E: Must have good hands on experience in BGP, firewalls
    
  • Professional Attributes : A: Good experience on packet troubleshooting and packet captures B: Willing to work in rotational shift C: Excellent Communication skill with Service Delivery experience
