  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Ensure the effective support and delivery of system tools SCCM, Intune, Active Directory to support the transition to Windows 10, Office365 and BYOD,COD 2 Primarily ownership of the EUC ticket queue, providing 3rd line technical support for IT incidents and problems 3 Working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions Tickets are to be owned until successful resolution 4 May include escalation management to third party vendors, including Microsoft Premier Support
    • Technical Experience : 1 Application Packaging, testing and deployment in support of the transition to Windows 10 and Office 365 2 Patch Management and Windows 10/0365 Servicing
    • Professional Attributes : Good Communication skills
    • Educational Qualification : BE or Ewuivalent
