• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : A:Day to day administration of SCCM environment to include engineering new solutions as needed B:Providing technical guidance to SCCM team and customer C:Provide Tier 3 support D:Creating and updating technical documentation as required E:Team-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision F:Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
    
  • Technical Experience : A:Should have strong experience in SCCM 2012 B:Experience in design and installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager 2012 C:In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues D:Experience creating advertisements, collections, packages, applications within SCCM E:Expertise in SCCM Administration, Patch management, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing
