• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : A: Database creation, Database Maintenance, User management, Database Backup and Recovery B: Must troubleshoot and work on replication related issues C: Working experience of ServiceNow and SCOM D: Diagnosing server related issues E: Working on SQL clustering, failover/Failback, and clustered database server patching
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Good knowledge of different SQL server versions 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2019 B: Ability to manage and plan activities including backups, indexing, integrity, and consistency checks C: Experience of managing multiple versions of MS SQL DBs D: Practical experience of database monitoring
    
  • Professional Attributes : A: Good verbal and written communication skill B: Ability to operate independently
