• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : A: Azure Infra as a service: Knowledge and hands on experience on Storage accounts, Azure virtual machines, Virtual nets, subnets, Keyvaults, ARS vaults, Express route etc B: Azure Infra as a Code: Expertise working with infra as a codeYAML,JSON using CI/CD pipelines C: Azure DevOps tool Knowledge on repositories, branching strategy, Artifacts Windows and Linux Operating System Administration, Operating System Patch Management OS related tasks D:ARS vaults and Networker Data Backup and Recover
    
  • Technical Experience : A:Azure Cloud Storage Management Knowledge of storage account replications, Blob, file shares and their management B:Azure Cloud Network Management: Management of virtual networks, subnets, ASGs and network service groups in the cloud C:Azure Capacity and Cost Management: Generate usage, Capacity and Costing reports for Cloud Vendors D:Azure Cloud Engineering Support: Maintain the design and architecture of the Azure cloud infrastructure and services via Azure DevOps
