• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Proven expertise in designing and architecting domain consolidation projects 2 Design and architect a global Active Directory Infrastructure, including, design and implementation of Group Policy, domain consolidation for large scale organizations 3 Utilize logical problem solving to find creative solutions to problems in the environment on a broad scale 4 Plan and execute Active Directory Domain level upgrades
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Strong understanding of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units 2 In-depth knowledge of Active directory, ADFS, DFSR, DHCP, AD Certificates DNS Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Terminal Server, ADFS and Azure Active Directory Installing, configuring and Troubleshooting Active Directory Cross Forest
