  • Key Responsibilities : Good knowledge on design architecture of Monitoring tools b Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact , Netcool Probes/Gateways, Netcool WebGUI, ITNM deployment, administration, configuration troubleshooting c Deploy, Configure, Manage Netcool Probes/Gateways d Integration of 3rd party element managers with Netcool Omnibus using MIB tool e Maintaining and Configuring Rules File and Managing Alerts etc f Maintaining and Configuring Impact Policies and Enrichment of the Alerts etc
    
  • Technical Experience : a Implementation/upgradation of Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact , Netcool Probes/Gateways, Netcool WebGUI TIP/DASH, ITNM b SNMP Probe, Syslog Probe,Ping Probe, Email Probe c Impact Policy for enrichment , DSA in Impact d Networking concepts including firewalls, network protocols, and IP addressing e Server administration and custom advance SQL based reporting f Scripting - Perl, Shell, etc,
    
  • Professional Attributes : Good understanding of ITIL framework Flexible to work in 24x7 environment Should have knowledge of SLAs OLAs and KPIs Well versed Corporate ethics and compliance Team player who also works well independently self-motivated Work on the service improvement program
