• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Technical Experience : 1 Expertise in Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 OS 2 Knowledge of management and troubleshooting of ESXi / VMWARE Administration 65 and 67, VDI, Horizon View 3 Expertise of AD, DNS, DHCP, File server, Print server, DFS 4 Knowledge on Azure IAAS and AWS 5 Knowledge on Deploying/upgrading vCenter Servers 6 Knowledge on Virtual switches and Datastores 7 Knowledge on Windows and ESXI Patching activities 8 Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
