Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : a: Installation, configuration, upgrade and migration of Sybase Database both ASE 157 and 160 and IQ b: Installation and configuration of Sybase IQ Multiplex Environment c: Coordinator Failover node configuration and management RAW disk configuration and management mapping RAW space to DBSPACE d: DB Load analysis and issue fixing e: Configuration of DR DB f: Ensuring DR in sync with DC g: DR failover/switchover h: Backup and Restore and Patch management i: Database monitoring job automation
