  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : a - 6 yrs experience on excellent communication skills Understanding of infra and cloud technologies Technical delivery and client handling ITIL process and critical outage handling experience

      b - Ability to work with multiple support teams to ensure changes and recoveries are addressed on time Support end customers in planning activities like patching or capacity improvement or upgrades


    • Technical Experience : a - Team member will be ECS technical member and manages the account from a e2e technical perspective b- Team member will work in seamless collaboration with EM and ECS internal delivery team TechOps for committed scope of delivery, also resolve technical complexities throughout customer engagement lifecycle
    • Professional Attributes : Excellent communication skills
    • Educational Qualification : Min 15 yrs fulltime exp
