• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Proactively monitors and reports performance utilization of assigned technologies 2 Manage problem or escalated tickets and tasks Determine migration and upgrade impacts and diagnose/resolve complex technology/application errors 3 Proactively monitors and identifies broader, more complex issues across multiple, integrated, connecting technologies and communicate as appropriate 4 Involvement and contribution in infrastructure architecture and ensure infrastructure architecture is implemented
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Good knowledge on OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes Administration 2 Good knowledge on Linux and Scripts 3 Good Knowledge on OCP Project Onboarding, Authentication, Role, Role bindings, Certificate installation, Parameters change 4 Having skill on RedHat OpenShift performance tuning 5 Having skill on OpenShift capacity and availability management 6 Migration of OCP from lower version to higher version 7 Having skill on OpenShift Security management 8 2 years of experience with RedHatOpen
