Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. • Key Responsibilities : A: Performing software upgrades Kernel patching Linux Windows, Zero Day Patching, errata patches Vulnerability Management Security Management B: Perform on-premise resources backup by making use of AWS Services IaaS and PaaS skills working experience C: Lead Cloud Factory AWS Platform Engineering
  
• Technical Experience : A: Extensive experience on Core AWS technologies like VPC, EC2, ELB, Subnet, Routes, S3, gateways B: Experience on AWS PaaS skills ie Glue, EMR, ECS, Redshift Athena C: Experience on Data centre technologies, NetBackup, storage, Virtualization, Migrations from on-prem to cloud D: Hands on experience on day to day Cloud operation Experience on AWS PaaS skills ie Glue, EMR, ECS, Redshift Athena Experience on EKS, Openshift, Terraform, Ansible and automation tools
