• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Ensure availability and performance of databases that support system 2 Monitor database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime 3 Troubleshooting and problem solving of Oracle queries 4 Implementation and release of database changes according to agreed timescales 5 Database Cloning 6 Configuring and managing high availability 7 Database upgrade 8 Database Backup Restore 9 Oracle10g, 11i Installation 10 OEM configuration 11 Maintaining Listener 12 Monitor Alert Log
    
  • Technical Experience : 1Expertise in Oracle Database Administration 2Experience of managing multiple Oracle 9i, 10g, 11i 3Experience Practical experience in monitoring 4Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices 5Knowledge on ITIL standard and best practices Knowledge of Oracle Database administration
