• Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : -To ensure operational stability of the Security tools for the Information Security Office -Experience with Monitoring and Protection of Critical Internet facing applications In-depth knowledge of information security WAF, IPS, VPN, DLP, APT in large scale environment
    
  • Technical Experience : -Hands on experience in security systems, including intrusion prevention systems, authentication systems, log management, endpoint security, web application firewall and etc - Experience with network technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools such as Imperva, Symantec, Mcafee, Crowdstrike
    
  • Professional Attributes : -Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure -Good communication skills in English - Ability to work with other technical teams, vendors, field technicians, etc to address specific outages or issues
    
  • Educational Qualification : -Bachelors Degree in any Technical related courses
