• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Act as a liaison with the elite Networking vendors and ATCP for building various levels of partnership to increase the level of engagement and drive profitability for organization 2 Responsible for partnering with the ATCP Networking leads on developing the networking capability through relevant trainings and certifications 3 Should be independent in understanding various partnership requirements from elite networking vendors and make ATCP as preferred partner
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Strong evaluation and problem-solving skills: able to identify the real issue, and to anticipate requirements and potential consequences 2 Logical reasoning: able to demonstrate rationale behind any recommendations and achieve consensus around proposed outcomes 3 Outstanding spoken and written communication skills: able to deal confidently, tactfully, and appropriately with people of different disciplines and at all levels of the organization
