  • Project Role Description :Build and test agile and cost effective hosting solutions. Implement scalable, high performance hosting solutions that meet the need of todays corporate and digital applications using both private and public cloud technologies. Develop and deliver legacy infrastructure transformation and migration to drive next-generation business outcomes.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1: To handle 24/7 Network Operations as per shift timings including week end support 2: To take ready ownership of incidents assigned to the queue in Service Now 3: To perform Level 1 troubleshooting readily and update the tickets in timely manner 4: Pass on the tickets / incident details to the next level of escalation within the SLA 5: Develop and provide trend data and analysis on various reporting within the team 6: Participate in client and service management reporting as required
    • Technical Experience : 1: Good knowledge and troubleshooting experience of MPLS, BGP, MP-BGP,OSPF,GRE and IP Sec tunnels, QoS,Nexus/Switching concepts 2: Basic knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Firewalls Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, VPN Technologies 3: Experience in troubleshooting issues on large enterprise networks 4: Understanding of ITIL framework and processes 5: Working knowledge of Service Now 6: Exposure to various Network Management Tools (HP, Splunk etc).
    • Professional Attributes : 1: Strong analytical and communication skills written / oral required 2: Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail 3: Basic skills in MS Excel / MS Power Point Tasks
    • Educational Qualification : Bachelor's Degree or higher in Science/Computer Science /Electronics or any other relevant field.
