• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : A:Server administration: Azure, Windows, Backup, Storage and Network devices; B:Microsoft Azure Cloud components and architecture;C:Advanced knowledge in Azure Cloud environment administration; D:Knowledge in AWS Cloud environment administration; E:Network knowledge concept and technologies;F:Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of security, firewall rules, ports and communication protocols
    
  • Technical Experience : Atleast 7-9 years of experience in administering managing Azure Windows environments for global clients B:Exposure to Incident, Change, Problem management C:Good exposure to infrastructure Monitoring tools like SCCM, SignalFx, HP/MicroFocus, etc
    
  • Professional Attributes : A:Good communication skills should be able to drive, lead and articulate well on CAB calls, client meetings, MIM calls, etc B:Proactively own responsibilities and accountability for day to day operationsC:Take ownership of tasks/activities proactively without the need for directions from supervisor
