• Project Role Description :Analyze client requirements and optimize Cloud services architecture for performance and cost. Develop and own the technical roadmap for relevant service lines and backlog to ensure consistent architecture. Deliver an optimized infrastructure services design leveraging public, private, and hybrid Cloud architectures and services. Act as subject matter expert for the client as related to technical architecture aspects of infrastructure services.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1Responsible for client technical environment and processes 2Primary client liaison for all client facing technical discussions 3Responsible for tracking outstanding problems resulting from alert trending analysis, client reported problems and incident based problems 4Act as the change manager and responsible for capacity management for the services being delivered to the client 5Develop operational and leadership level relationship 6Refine and fine tune current monitoring bundle
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Terraform on Azure Azure IaaS and PaaS 2 Azure Portal Administration Azure Active Directory 3 Experience with Visual Studio and Azure Devops 4 Experience with cloud security Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm Experience with Chef, Jenkins, or Puppet Linux experience 5 Experience with ServiceNow
