Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Technical Experience : Technical Experience : 1 Strong knowledge on Azure AD Architecture and maintenance, Knowledge on O365 IAM, Knowledge on Active Directory Sites and services 2 Good experience on integrating applications Modern authentication protocols, knowledge on Azure AD App proxy, experience on MFA, creating Conditional Access policies, experience on DNS, DHCP SMTP 3 Knowledge on Microsoft PKI Technologies, Knowledge of Implementing Managing Upgrading ADFS 4Configuring B2B policies and B2C tenant
