• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for standardizing tasks across the multiple platforms 2 Provide day-to-day Critical and BAU support to the client 3 Maintenance of the server, Application for availability, reliability, and scalability of email system to meet business demands 4 Assist in the management of server infrastructure in terms of capacity management 5 Manage mail-related systems and tools by scripting and automation 6 Perform server migration along with backup and disaster recovery
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Expertise of Exchange 2010 2013 hybrid architecture and migration from on-premises exchange 2010 message system to exchange 20103 and Hybrid Migrations 2 Expertise in ADFS SSO implementation and troubleshooting 3 Expertise in IAM tool like FIM, LDAP Directory Sync tool, user Management
