• Project Role Description :Analyze client requirements and optimize Cloud services architecture for performance and cost. Develop and own the technical roadmap for relevant service lines and backlog to ensure consistent architecture. Deliver an optimized infrastructure services design leveraging public, private, and hybrid Cloud architectures and services. Act as subject matter expert for the client as related to technical architecture aspects of infrastructure services.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Act as the Technical Expert, SME for all applications within Microsoft 365 suite M365 2 Responsible for designing, implementing, and providing advanced support for the applications deployed on M365 platforms 3 Provide hands on administration, engineering, Product Management and Technical Leadership on the M365 Messaging and Collaboration platform 4 Manage, monitor, and configure Messaging and Collaboration services in the M365 tenant 5 Setting up governance in M365
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Execute and follow up any and all issues arising from operational checks, tasks and monitors Tier II support 2 Participate in technical projects through design, build, test and deploy phases 3 Exchange Online related to administration Day to day outlook/owa troubleshooting SharePoint Online related activity at root level - no AO 4 Creation of sites and granting permission 5 Experience on M365 Messaging and Collaboration platform - Exch Online, SharePoint Online,Teams, PowerApps,Onedrive
