  • Key Responsibilities : a Work as Team member and help the team on technical issues b Regular Interaction with client and provide summary/report of issues and achievements c Ensure zero surprise escalations from client d He needs to ensure leads are kept aware of potential escalations e Assist in Tier 2/3 support activities for production operations f Support technical projects through design, build, test and deploy phases g Ensure that any scheduled downtime on production server is logged prior to downtime
    
  • Technical Experience : a Hands on experience on SharePoint Online , MS Teams, Office365 administration, knowledge on SharePoint on-premises Environment b Hands on Knowledge of MS SharePoint, Teams, Azure cloud and Azure Dev Ops b Good troubleshooting skill of issues related MS User profile/Sites/Crawl/Search d Prior experience on backup/restoration of Sites/databases/User Profiles e Troubleshooting of issues related MS SharePoint Online,Teams, Azure AD /O365, Powershell
