• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : A:Provide L2/L3 support on Linux SUSE/ RHEL servers hosted on Cloud infrastructure B:Installation, Configuration and administration of RHEL7, SLES for SAP Application servers C:Cluster configuration, management and troubleshooting D:Performance tuning and storage optimization E:SUSE/RHEL OS upgrade, RedHat satellite server or SUSE manger configuration and administration
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 7 Years in Linux Installation, Configuration and administration 2 Deep Understanding of LINUX concepts 3 Knowledge and expertise of Pacemaker Clusters 4 Demonstrated Experience in handling day-to-day UNIX-LINUX operating system installation, migration and break-fix support 5 Knowledge on SUSE SMT server/Satellite Configuration and Management
    
  • Professional Attributes : o Good Verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients at varying levels of the organization o Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
