• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Identify, investigate and resolve client Service Management issues eg ensuring quality of information in incident, change and problem records is high and issues are managed or escalated promptly 2 Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to identify and implement Service Improvements demonstrating an increase in the quality of service and a reduction in cost 3 Point of contact for the Service Management team for the transition of new clients / enhancements to existing services Working
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Solid experience in reporting using excel and must have proficiency in advanced excel features like Macros etc 2 ITIL V3 Intermediate certification at least 2 modules preferably Service Operations and Service Transition/ CSI 3 Ability to co-ordinate with multiple teams across all domains 4 Has managed atleast 2 of the SM processes E2E 5 Has applied best practices in daily operations 6 Good Communication Skills 7 Open to working in 247 environment
