  • Key Responsibilities : A Identify, investigate and resolve client Service Management issues eg ensuring quality of information in incident, change and problem records is high and issues are managed or escalated promptly B Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to identify and implement Service Improvements demonstrating an increase in the quality of service and a reduction in cost C Point of contact for the Service Management team for the transition of new clients / enhancements to existing services
    
  • Technical Experience : A Experience in Incident, Problem, Change Configuration Management B Solid experience in reporting using excel and must have proficiency in advanced excel features like Macros etc C Experience to identify incident trends, manage from identifying root cause through driving identified action items to closure Effective problem management D Experience in handling the CAB
    
  • Professional Attributes : A Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills B Ability to co-ordinate with multiple teams across all domains C Strong data point analytical and team work D Effective in building close working relationships with others
