• Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : -Experience in IBM MQ Administration and other messaging technologies - Experience in creation of Queue Managers, Queues, and other objects - Experience in setting MQ clustering/Muti-Instance MQ/HA environment - Knowledge of high-available messaging platforms and ability to solution customers messaging needs - Experience in multiple platforms including Unix AIX, Solaris, HP-UX, and Linux, Windows -Experience in MQ patching and other housekeeping activities - Experience in MQ monitoring tools
    
  • Technical Experience : -Experience debugging integration issues with upstream/downstream applications - Experience in performing and supporting deployments during pre-defined deployment schedules or emergency deployments - Any Experience in WebSphere Application server/Tomcat/Apache/IIS administration Good to have
    
  • Professional Attributes : - Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization - Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision - Flexible to work in 24/7 shift
