• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : -Experience in administration of DataPower including installation, upgrade, configuration, security and monitoring on Production, Per-prod , Test and Dev environments -Technical knowledge of web services, service-oriented architecture SOA - Experience in providing solutions using Web-Service Proxies, Multi-Protocol Gateways MPG and XML Firewalls -Experience in performance tuning and well versed with performance related issues like slowness, out of memory, connection timeout, Device reload, reb
    
  • Technical Experience : -Hands-on experience on XML, SOAP, XSLT, XSD, XPATH, WSDL, Web Services, WS Security Policy, WSRR , AAA configurations and CLI Firmware upgradation and degradation -Configuring Mutual SSL 1-way and 2-way SSL between DataPower and various other systems Renewing expired certificates and coordinate with various teams on it -Good exposure on troubleshooting - Experience in auto deployments and scripting for day to day Admin tasks -Experience in resolving vulnerabilities
