  • Key Responsibilities : A: Need to Perform L2 support activities B:Responsible for troubleshooting of failed jobs and Application issues, Application Support, Maintenance and Enhancements C: Need to handle issues related to update, configuration, operations performance D:Escalating the issues to L3 team if fix is required by them
    
  • Technical Experience : A:Experienced with back-end programming languages Ex: Ansible, Terraform, Python, Ruby, Java, NET, JavaScript etc B:Proficient experience using Ex: advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS etc C:Development experience for both mobile and desktopD:Experience in understanding of server-side languages including such-as Nodejs, PHP, ASP, etcE:Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications F: Should have knowledge of code versioning tools
