  • Key Responsibilities : Support the IT Infra Solution Architect Lead and Enterprise Architect in Solution shaping, Data analysis, Solution configuration with Estimations Costing, Preparation of solution plan, Coordinating with help from SMEs

    Ability to handle business pressure and work tight timelines

    
    

  • Technical Experience : Prior knowledge and hands-on experience in one or more IT Infrastructure service towers in either Datacenter Server Virtualization, Transformation, Operations, Workplace Operations/Transformation, Messaging and Collaboration, Network Management or Security is required

    Should be good in MS Excel Data extraction, structuring and analytics, PowerPoint and Ms Word

    Prior experience in Business / Pre-Sales / Solutioning roles
