• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Complete understanding of NPM Network Performance Monitoring and APM Application Performance Monitoring features 2 Installation, Configuration and administration of Linux servers 3 Maintain the confidence level of the client 4 Maximise the contribution from Offshore teams for a better and effective support 5 Better understanding of client process, architecture and necessary execution 6 Quick response, timely follow-up and ownership till closure
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Good knowledge and working experience for some of SAAS based Cloud Monitoring Tools like Datadog/SignalFx etc 2 Good knowledge on Linux/Unix Understanding of scripting knowledge JASON/PYTHON 3 Fully conversant with API integration process and understand the backend Architecture of a SAAS monitoring tool preferably Datadog 5 Familiar with AI based monitoring capabilities like anomaly detection, outliers, forecast alerts etc 7 Capable to setup up Datadog Tool from scratch 8 At least
