• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for the delivery of AWS Cloud Environment operations 2 Sound AWS Architect level knowledge with hands on experience who can review AWS Architectures, redesign it for optimizations, improvements 3 Manage client interactions, understand the requirement and provide technical expertise guidance to the onshore / offshore virtual teams
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 AWS Solution Architect Associate or higher certification is must have 2 Understanding of Cloud environment 3 Understanding of Infrastructure and specially exposure on Linux environment 4 Understanding of host applications /ERP/ SAP would be preferred
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Ability to co-ordinate with multiple teams across all domains Also, can hand hold virtual teams at onshore / offshore 2 Good Communication Skills 3 Prompt and Proactive
