• Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Bridge the relationships between offshore and onshore/client/stakeholders 2 Ability to understand client and business expectations while designing cost effective AWS solutions 3 Maintain the confidence level of the client 4 Maximise the contribution from Offshore teams for a better and effective support 5 Better understanding of client process, architecture and necessary execution 6 Quick response, timely follow-up and ownership till closure
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Design Solution architecture on AWS 2 Excellent understanding of AWS services in IaaS and PaaS 3 Designing solutions and supporting changes in various AWS services like ECS, EKS, Kinesis, Sagemaker, Elastic Cache, and various RDS PaaS set ups 4 Must have experience in Trusted Advisor, Ops Works 5 Basic knowledge of AWS security services 6 Role as AWS Architect and SME in multiple projects 7 Min 5 years Experience in Architecting infrastructure on AWS
