• Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1, CA Autosys Administration: Installation and maintenance, migration, access management 2, Creation and maintenance of jobs with CLI and WCC; Forecasting 3, Support and proactively monitor production batches for potential failures and delays 4, Take active part in Incident, Problem and Changes, RCA of major/ recurring issues and resolution 5, Identify opportunities to improve/ automate existing setup 6, Prepare and perform Action-plan for multi-tower activities
    
  • Technical Experience : 1, Should have hands on experience - Administration of Autosys r11 Installation and maintenance, patching and upgradation 2, Should have hands on experience - Autosys Job creation, modification, scheduling and troubleshooting, well-versed with Autosys commands and JIL attributes 3, Should have knowledge on Unix commands and shell-scripting 4, Knowledge on ITIL v4 or v3 standards and best practices 5, Knowledge of any DevOps tool and Cloud certification is an advantage
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1, 2 to 4 years of experience with Unix and Autosys 2, Good communication and interpersonal skill 3, Good team player 4, Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts 5, Take part in weekend /holiday on-call support and flexible to learn new technology/ skill
