• Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
• Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities : - Analyze manual interventions and recommend possible solutions to management for improvement -Monitoring, troubleshooting, escalating, and taking corrective actions during outages and service interruptions to the Batch Production enterprise of Client Technologies -Interface with the applications community, participate in new client initiatives, Disaster Recovery tests, perform other related duties as assigned - Monitor Batch Production on all platforms, address outstanding issues
    
  • Technical Experience : - Good knowledge of CA Mainframe products specifically CA7, CA11, Endeavor a plus - Problem Determination skills Good JCL Skills required - Good knowledge of TSO, JCL, IBM UTILITIES, JES2, and ISPF - Good knowledge of VSAM, IDCAMS, DB2 UTILITIES; CICS commands - Strong or Solid working knowledge of AutoSys - and WCC - R113 -Good or Strong UNIX skills - ability to troubleshoot and execute standard UNIX Commands -Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
    
  • Professional Attributes : - Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization -Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision - Should be open to work in shifts 24/7
