We are looking for Data Analysts to support clients across a range of industries.

In this role you will have:

  • You will be working on client projects with teams from across our Applied Intelligence practice as well as industry, functional, and technology SMEs on some of our clients most challenging projects

  • Work across different squads to define new measurement requirements

  • Deploy tags to collect relevant behavioural data across web and app properties

  • Develop and maintain reports and performance dashboards

  • Share and present data-driven insights and recommendations

  • Provide support to squad members and grow your analytical skill set

  • Identifying data sources

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining databases

  • Assessing quality of data and removing or cleaning data

  • Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns

  • Preparing reports for executive and project teams

  • Creating visualisations of data

  • Have broad opportunities to be involved in all aspects of data engineering from delivery planning, estimating and analysis and develop your career all the way through to data architecture and pipeline design, delivery and production implementation

We are looking for experience a number in the following skills:

  • 3+ years experience in data analytics, business analysis or software development in a customer or business facing capacity

  • Ability to understand and articulate requirements to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Stakeholder management and communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building

  • Strong experience in SDLC delivery, including waterfall, hybrid and Agile methodologies.

  • Experience delivering in an agile environment,

  • Strong SQL/Python knowledge

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal, written and data visualisation skills

  • A self-starter with experience working in an Agile environment

  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritise

  • Understanding of website scripts such as XML, Javascript, JSON.

  • Understanding of ETL framework and ETL tools that may include Alteryx and Microsoft SSIS.

  • Digital marketing analytics tools including Google 360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Marketing Suite.

  • Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good understanding of data modelling, data structures, databases, and ETL processes

  • An in-depth understanding of large-scale data sets, including both structured and unstructured data

  • Strong mathematical & numeracy skills.

  • Intermediate understanding of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle and SAP.

  • Understanding of reporting & data visualisation tools such as Business Objects, PowerBI and Tableau.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. marketing, statistics or engineering) or related experience

Bonus to have

  • ETL development experience with tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, Ab Initio, etc.
