We are looking at significantly growing our ServiceNow practice in the Nordics in FY21. Join our team as a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer and help our clients to solve their most critical business challenges, improve performance and gain a competitive edge! Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate ServiceNow installations for clients in the Nordics
• Develop long lasting client relationships throughout engagements
• Effectively manage key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation
• Demonstrate solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions

Qualifications

• Certified ServiceNow admin (for ITSM, ITOM and/or Event mgmt. admin role)
• Proven track record from developing operating ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
• Experience in working with public cloud applications
• Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in working with ServiceNow on prem solutions will be considered as a plus
• Knowledge of setting up infrastructure, Linux, and Maria db, Ansible will be considered a plus
• Experience with Infrastructure as code will be considered a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
