Qualifications

 Required qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Science degree
• Fluent in English
• Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable
• Hands-on experience in delivering Salesforce solutions
• Customer-oriented and great at building long-lasting client relationships
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Responsible to lead ceremonies and planning for the team (standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews)
• Good insight and understanding of Sales Cloud combined with good understanding of the holistic sales process
• Stakeholder management and working closely with clients to collect requirements and build a roadmap

Preferred qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish
• Experience from working with automotive clients
• Experience in working with medium and large-scale implementations
• Certificates in Salesforce

Parental leave

The insurance offer healthcare of physical and mental treatments, including rehabilitation. During sick leave you will get well covered, Accenture pay 80% of your salary day 2-14 and 90% day 15-90.
