Responsibilities:

  • Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting solution requirements using business analysis techniques to capture both functional and technical requirements
  • Facilitating requirements gathering and design workshops of various partner group sizes and leading follow-up activities
  • Developing high quality functional design deliverables (e.g. functional specifications, business processes, requirements traceability matrix), which translate business requirements into effective solutions while verifying requirements coverage and completeness
  • Key player in test design activity supporting the test lead and test analysts in shaping and defining what needs to be tested and reviewing test cases for completeness and accuracy
  • Contributes to scope management through analysis of new defects or requests from the client - assessing whether they are included in the agreed scope of the project
  • Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs
  • Lead, coach and advise a project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project)
  • Set up, document and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
  • Gain the trust of your client, team-mates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered
  • Keep growing your skills to help your team with business case development and sales efforts
  • Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs


Required qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Oracle BRM functional experience
  • Gathering requirements, design, implement and unit test Oracle BRM application.
  • Strong expertise in BSS domain/Billing/Rating/Invoicing and Billing Management.
  • Hands on experience in setting up BRM components and good understanding of the OBRM application architecture.
  • Successfully manages relationship with clients and colleagues
  • Coaches and develops others on project team
  • You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

 Preferred Qualifications

  • You have good Knowledge around OCOMC, PDC and ECE
  • You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
  • You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing
