Strategy & Alliance Manager

Role Responsibility:

• Leading digital transformation business development activities – Work with clients to identify their business challenges and digital transformation opportunities, that can be effectively driven/re-invented by an enterprise services based on Ali platform. Helps clients to prioritize the business use cases based on ROI and build the corresponding roadmap. 

• Leading to develop enterprise digital strategy plan – activities include business issue & use cases analysis, maturity assessment and gap analysis, organization and operation model revamp.
• Leading digital strategy, cloud strategy project delivery activities – drive and implement project delivery and supervise more junior team members

Role Requirement:

• 8-12 years of management consulting experiences, deep 1 or 2 industry knowledge and insights (such as : Auto/Mobility; Real Estate/Travel/Leisure; Industrial; Life Science; Financial Services; Core Banking)
• Experienced in large scale complex program management in MNCs, excellent presentation skill and upstream and downstream management skill.
• Have a good understanding and experience in digital transformation
• Strategy and management consulting relevant career background, technology strategy projects sell and delivery experiences
• Have ability to translate client needs into solutions
• Proficient with Cloud products, Ali Cloud project preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Experiences and proven record in senior client dialogues.
• Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and be aggressive and proactive. Ability to meet travel requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA is preferred, good education background of first degree.
