Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

  • Key Responsibilities : • Ideate and create engaging, instructionally sound, and learner-centered content by understanding the requirements and shared content • Visualize and develop instructional graphics for eLearning modules; develop audio, visual, and interactive media aids • Create demos and lab exercises with creative visualization to deliver an engaging solution based on approved learning strategy • Create and convert storyboard into digital output/eLearning by adding graphics, animations, voice-over & on-screen text • Use prescribed tools to develop content, SCORM package and deliver output
    
  • Technical Experience : • Expertise in developing high-level and low-level design based on adult learning principles. • Strong analytical skills and technical ability to quickly learn Rapid Authoring Tools. • Familiarity with Instructional Design principles and processes such as ADDIE, Blooms taxonomy etc. • Hands-on knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and video editing tools such as Camtasia • Working with MS Office • Working knowledge of SCORM Packaging • Media Encoding using Adobe Media Encoder is an added advantage
