  • Project Role :Technology Educator
  • Project Role Description :Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : • Has an innovative mindset and is always ready for exploration. • To enable innovation across 1 lakh+ employees of Advanced Technology Centers in India using approaches like Design Thinking, and articulate using Business Storytelling. • Gather requirements design and facilitate Design Thinking/ Business Storytelling workshops to drive desired business outcomes. • Design and Facilitate customized workshops for clients and Functions to address their pain areas. • Perform the role of Project Manager Officer (PMO) to facilitate end-2-end creation, curation, co-ordination with various stakeholders for effective execution of programs.
    • Technical Experience : • Minimum 06+ years of experience of teaching/ training. • Prefer minimum 02+ years of experience in areas of Innovation/ Design Thinking / Business Storytelling/ Creativity / Similar areas. • Prefer professionals from IT industry with good knowledge of SDLC and different IT processes.
    • Professional Attributes : • Passion to train and enable people on. • Passion to learn and quickly upskill self.
    • Educational Qualification : • Bachelor is any stem, Masters is preferred.
    • Additional Information : • Good communication, analytical and presentation skills • Prior experience in training delivery is desirable.
