Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

    • Key Responsibilities : A: Work directly with the client gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals and Experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise B: Provide strategy analysis in terms of identifying business need, defining the business problem, analyzing business change or identifying new opportunities they may have in future to enhance their business C: Analyze the banking business requirement
    • Technical Experience : A Experience in Operations, Finance or IT Business Analysis B:Working knowledge in at least one of the following Operations functions: Client Onboarding, Output Management, Operational Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, MIS reporting C: Experience applying business analysis techniques D: Ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions E: Understanding of the software development lifecycle F: Should have good knowledge of Capital Market and investment banking
    • Professional Attributes : A: Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
