  • Key Responsibilities : 1: An Information Modeler who will be responsible for understanding and translating business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions for Lubricants 2: The Modeler will be part of an agile scrum team located, so duties will include attending daily scrums, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives and planning meetings 3: Perform reverse engineering of physical data models from multiple source database systems and SQL scripts and map them to LIM which will be on big data technology
    
  • Technical Experience : 1: Should be proficient in Data Processes,cleansing and correlation ,Document management tools,Mediation Data Collection 2: Agile Project Management ,SCRUM ,Stakeholder management 3: Business requirements and Cost Estimation
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1: Lead the agile delivery of the agreed scope across multiple products 2: Drive the team to ensure commitment to delivery of the increments while working closely with Product Owners and Key Stakeholders 3: Drive continuous improvement cycle within the team 4: Identify capability and resource gap
