Technology Delivery Lead

Resources will lead software development project (Team lead) and infrastructure creation from dev perspective. We have web applications used by our customers to quote the insurance. We have customers visiting our servicing application for their policy updates/maintenance transactions.
The development of the application is done with agile methodology and using the latest web technologies HTML 5/ Angular 10/ Node JS / CSS 3 / Single page application / Java Spring REST Api / cloud. Team is supporting multiples consumers applications in a growing environment. Hosting on OpenStack but looking to migrate to Azure; We also have load balancing, A/B sites, CND and security protections. Candidates will incorporate a growing team of talented resources.

Resource will support technical discussion, will code 50% of the time, will align design, work, estimates and planning for the dev team. These will be communicated to the delivery manager/project manager/scrum master depending on context that will align larger reality (test, deployment, etc.). Resource will code review, help with design, troubleshoot, support discussion with infrastructure team. Resource reports directly to Senior Dev Manager or Dev Manager.

Must Have:

• Angular v6+: 3 years. (we are doing ng10)
• Node Js: 3 years in prod
• Team lead: 2 years*
• JavaScript: 5 years*
• Typescript: 3 years
• REST consumptions and exposition: 3 years*
• Agile 5yrs*
• E2E System Design 2years*
• Design and document 5yrs*
• Support project and delivery 5yrs*

Nice to have:

• Full Stack Java : Maven + Spring 5yrs* (we also accept dotnet experience, but we can only leverage Angular/NodeJS for coding)
• Azure Public Cloud
• Linux command lines / certs/SSL/load balancing/infra setup
• Jenkins and build automations
• Splunk/Dynatrace
• Previous experience in banking and/or financial services domain
