Position Description:
We are looking for a highly effective SalesForce Marketing Cloud practitioner to join our team. This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to design and implement the best solution for our clients. This key member of our team contributes to the entire software development lifecycle including analysis, requirement specification, use case and data modeling, development, testing, and implementation as well as educating and leading others in the form of code reviews, workshops, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Gather technical and business requirements in a consultative manner
Quickly assess new projects to identify scope and level of effort
Work with the customer to understand their unique business challenges and initiatives
Lead the implementation of Marketing Cloud workstream ensuring that data is connected appropriately
Configure, build, and test journeys or automations based on proposed designs
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of campaign management experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Minimum of 2 years designing marketing solutions (e.g., capability assessment, requirements gathering, experience design, process reengineering).
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Must have experience working on IP Warming Strategy and the ability to articulate the same with numbers.
Preferred Skills
Previous technology consulting work experience is an asset.
Hands on experience on Social Studio
Have worked on DMP and CDP use cases
Knowledge on personalization Builder
Email Specialist Certification
Familiar with CASL requirements
Salesforce.com certifications (MC, Admin, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant)
Professional Skills
Ability and willingness to split time between management and hands-on software design, development, and review
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to deliver constructive feedback and the ability to lead by example
Hands on experience estimating development tasks
Ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions
Experience managing and/or being managed by remote teams/offices
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
