The Work
Accenture’s Cloud First Infrastructure Engineering professionals’ partner with our clients to advise, create, and deploy end-to-end infrastructure transformation solutions, enabling business innovation. These solutions are the backbone of driving IT-enabled differentiation. IE professionals are grounded in New-IT with an expertise in one or more of our core practice areas: Digital Workplace, Network Technology, Service Management, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and traditional Data Center.
Key Responsibilities:

• Actively drive new cloud and infrastructure business by supporting Account Teams and Accenture Leadership in the local market
• Support growth of Cloud First
• Provide deep skills and experience in project delivery leadership roles
• Provide advisory services to shape and drive significant, value-led transformation.
• Architect and deliver consulting services focused on next-gen IT models and agile architecture
• Contribute to asset/offering development and thought leadership activities.
• Work with cloud architects and infrastructure teams to evaluate application and technology landscape
• Develop reference architecture for standard cloud platforms
• Understand cloud best practices and guiding principles
• Understand the impact of cloud adoption and migration to operations and organization

Who are we looking for?

• Microsoft Azure Architecture and/or TOGAF certification.
• 5+ years of proven technology project delivery leadership, especially with public and hybrid cloud.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture roles using service and hosting solutions such as private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platforms
• Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions for Microsoft-centric solutions based on industry standards using Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS capabilities, while working closely with application, network, and security teams to ensure requirements are reflected appropriately in the Azure design
• Hands-on development experience building automated data pipelines, and frameworks using technologies such as PySpark, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks, while deploying, testing, and implementing application services migrations in an automated manner from on-premises infrastructure to cloud native services
• Full-stack architecture design experience with multi-tier system and service design and development for large enterprises with focus on application layer design and infrastructure services.
• Extensive, real-world experience designing technology components for enterprise solutions and defining solution architectures and reference architectures with a focus on cloud technologie
• Experience with end-to-end Software development lifecycle methodologies, patterns, frameworks, libraries and tools
• Experience in solution delivery using common methodologies especially SAFe Agile but also Waterfall, Iterative.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure technologies, BI technologies, with the technical capability and experience to learn new technologies and understand relevant cloud trends
• Professional consulting firm experience an asset
