As an Oracle CX Consultant, you are primarily responsible for capturing, analyzing and estimating customer business requirements and translating them into Oracle Cloud CX solution architecture that fit within the customer’s business environment and business objectives.


WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR
- Implementation experience with Oracle Cloud CX Products and specifically in Service cloud module.
- Experienced with requirements analysis
- Experienced with creating functional designs
- Experienced with configuration best practices
- Able to articulate Oracle Cloud CX best practices
- Able to drive workshops for gathering requirements
- Able to support workstreams through the software delivery lifecycle
- Able to support functional-industry level discussions
- Bi-lingual (French and English) is a nice to have
