This individual will be part of a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize the essential corporate functions of finance, analytics, planning and HR.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be the Workday functional expert and lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
• Guide clients through all project phases including fit/gap, configuration and testing
• Assist clients in fully integrating the Workday system into their current business environments
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Configure the Workday system and integrations to meet each client's unique business requirements and provide insight on best practices
• Work with the client and data migration team to help convert legacy data into Workday
• Assist the integration team with design, configuration and testing delivered and custom integrations
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting progress to managers
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions


For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Workday certification in Student Financials and Workday implementation experience is preferred
• 3-5+ years of ERP consulting experience in a higher education environment and student financials
• Hands-on experience implementing Financial ERP systems in Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP or other SaaS or ERP systems
• Ability to translate customer business requirements to system configuration and business processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience using pivot tables, vLookups and formulas
• Experience with object oriented applications is a plus
• CPA or CMA is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, Finance or Accounting preferred
