As a Team

As part of Smart Procurement UKI, the Fieldglass Consultant would lead and assist with Fieldglass implementations and contribute towards the progress of the Fieldglass pipeline in the region. 

The Project's delivery would require an expert who could lead Fieldglass implementation from planning to delivery. The job responsibilities would include conducting demos & workshops and ensuring successful completion of all project delivery phases from requirement gathering, configuration, testing and go-live to training to stabilization of Fieldglass Application for our clients. 

The Consultant is expected to lead all the SAP Fieldglass aspects of the Proposal, interact with potential and current clients. Conduct demos for clients and help grow our footprint in the procurement market of VMS solutions experts.

In our team you will learn to:

• Lead the development of the SAP Fieldglass portions of proposals. Advise on all customer’s questions as described in the RFP.
• Define and carve out solutions to solve client business problems that take advantage of SAP’s latest cloud enabled Solutions.
• Support clients to develop SAP Fieldglass transformation roadmaps, advising on analytics operating model best practices, governance and hybrid technology architectures.
• Drive the necessary solution sign-off with robust thinking based on client business objectives, industry imperatives, risk assessment, budget and technology options.

As a SAP Fieldglass Consultant, you will:

• Interact and work with the customer and workstream leads to ensure application and technical requirements are defined. Ensure all requirements trace back to the customer's needs, so the technical direction is consistent with the customer's strategy. 
• Provide regular status updates on development to Leadership and delivery/project lead. Identify and communicate impacts or risks that may impact ongoing deployments
• Track and ensure approvals are obtained on functional and technical design documentation for change requests and deviations by the stakeholders and team leads.
• Interact with SAP FG vendor to explore and define solutions and integrations.
• Design and deliver SAP Fieldglass enabled solutions in accordance with the clients roadmap and business drivers.
• Work with the Change Management team and Ensure the creation of training materials. Conduct and impart training for all stakeholders including MSPs and Suppliers.

Lead and create migration plan with the cutover team. Work with functional and technical architects to manage the migration of design to test environments and production with the cutover lead. 

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Ability to define the scope, configure, and execute a functional requirement.

• Ability to map customer requirements to technology capabilities.

• Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality and ensure compliance with established project standards. while meeting project deadlines and objectives.

• Ability to document risks and issues and communicate the status of progress against plan, taking corrective action as necessary.

• Business process mapping and knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvement.

• A proven track record of analytics solution delivery experience from assisting clients with their initial thinking, through to definition of functional requirements, right through to delivery.
